What's 1 reason the Mavs beat the Jazz tonight?
Every time Nick sings the “Let It Ride” song. I forget how much better the last one is.
We took care of business. Exactly what we need to do. But all the illnesses are getting annoying. Can we just be healthy for one year? Just one year without half the rotation missing 20+ games! Is that to much to ask?
I truly believe that we can turn this team into a multi final run dynasty if we make 2 trades and are able to get this team healthy. Lonzo hall and Larry nance jr. If not Larry then Dorian Finney. Adding lonzo gives us so many high iq players who can make the right play and that allows LuKai to rest on offense. You’d have Spence, QG, Naji, Pj as 4 players who can put the ball on the floor to create their own and make the right pass. The you have players like klay, lively and even gafford is developing into a player who can make the right pass out the roll. Then you add Lonzo to all of that 🤯 hed be the POA defender off the bench , can run the entire second unit and also score at will. He’s a 3&d guard who shot 42% from 3 and with maxi as inconsistent as he is, having lonzo allows players like Naji to slide down and give depth to the 4. The reason I’m sold on Larry nance is because he’s very similar to maxi but better because he’s consistent. They haven’t gotten rid of him because it’s hard to find someone to replace maxi. I think that’d be a perfect max replacement and a clear upgrade. You get your bac up 4, small ball 5, floor spacer who can move along the perimeter . Getting those 2 players without losing more than draft compensation, maxi and a young player will solidify us in a way that most of the league can’t hang with. Getting us healthy would have us with multiple players at every position and a bunch of pieces we can plug and play when needed
The problem with hardy is he was drafted to a team who wanted instant success. Not to mention we needed playmakers bad so he was forced to play out of his game. He’s a THJ 2.0 but they want to make him a kyrie. He didn’t go to college and do 1 year in the G so it’s hard to as someone just switch like that, especially when you’re getting 15 min a game where you get 3-4 designed shots a game

Honestly I found tonight's game unwatchable. Zero creativity, 78 three point attempts, 50 of them missed, the team that made more three's won. Boring.
