Rozier’s problem isn’t physical. It’s mental. His shot selection, ability to navigate screens, make quick & correct decisions. That ain’t changing. He still had those issues last year before the neck. He’s just a guy that has a hot shooting game once every 6-10 games. The Heat don’t got time for that with Bam struggling so badly.
Remember Rozier came here and they went on a 7 game losing streak. Spo needs to move on

The only 1st rounders to survive Spo in 16 years are Bam and Herro and neither is a lock for perennial all-star considerations. The only center drafted by the Heat that was sort of developed was Kurt Thomas in the 90's. There is zero chance Spo does right by Ware.

As a Heat fan, you're too much of a LeChoke James fan to be talking like anyone on Miami can guard Kyrie Irving. Who I wanted instead of Terry Rozier. I mean, it ain't like KD or Lebrick were back in the Finals last year. It was Kyrie Irving and Luca. Like Kyrie didn't destroy Anthony Edwards last year.
K Ware will get his shot, the same way highsmith got his.. It's a process.. If he goes crazy the minutes he does get, he'll speed up that process like max struess did..

Spo will never put any big man next to bam that isn't soft because it would be an admission that he's been wrong about small ball the past 10 years. Spo would rather lose and storm off the court after games crying like he did at Detroit when he lost the game on his own.
Any team that trades for Embiid should as for multiple firsts in the deal. His contract is horrible 300 mil for 6 years and they also have PG's horror of a contract for 4 years. Don't do the Sixers any favors unless they take Jimmy and Rozier.

You touched on it at 18:12. The idea of Ware is he frees up Bam to operate offensively, as he won't be taking such a physical beating from their PF. Bam's slow start makes that idea far less appealing.

1st Bam played his rookie yr, 69 games worth. 2nd, Big Men win championships. 3rd, Every team should play a Center, PF PG, Heat haven't defined these positions, Bam is active, but not under the Rim, and no FT's last game. 4th KW isn't wide enough yet for the 5, and the team is without a true PF, that spells disaster on D, if KW is in playing Ctr. KW, can walk onto the court today and play with any of the Heat's designated Centers, + the team's most valuable player, HH. 5th, NJ is not a PF or a Center, he is a point forward. 6th, the current chatter is, Miami should play without a PG, or give that to TH, if TH is the point, forget about his successes to date.

on Kel-el Ware, what bothers me is that he played last game for 1 minute. like why? that’s such a tease for not only us fans but for the player. as a basketball player myself i know that that kinda shit is really annoying; he had 0 TOs, 0 Fouls, he did nothing wrong and they yanked him after 60 seconds. it’s kinda lame. meanwhile J rich and Pelle played over 15 min and they were both a -20

Unpopular opinion? Both Spo and Riley are two of the absolutely most OVERRATED coaches in NBA history.
They're garbage coaches who've been blessed to have coached some of the most talented teams in NBA history and found a way to get 50% of what they should have out of those teams.
Right now, with the talent the Heat have on their team, Miami should be where the Cavs are. Yet, once again they'll be lucky if they can get to the playoffs. They should be dominating, with Ware looking at a Rookie of the Year possibly. But Spo will never allow that to happen.
