  1. The problem is the owner got cheap and traded away KAT. That Front Office and Ownership group fucked their future by moving KAT. They should’ve just ran it back

  2. I think it's moreso: Gobert with the combination of weak interior passers. Plenty of teams employ non-shooting centers without tanking their offense (Capela, Zubac, Poeltl, Jarrett Allen, Lively, Duren etc.). The difference is, a team's collective ability to punish helping off a center by turning it into an auto-dunk. Towns, Conley, and SloMo were our main Gobert finders, and 2 of them are gone while Conley is in a diminished role. Randle and Ant need to step up, learn how to throw a lob, and insta-punish the type of help that's currently in their way.

  3. We have a PG problem. Having a leader on the court to handle these fragile egos was missing because Conley was out. This team needs to grow up. Our two most tenured players having a hissy fit on the court, while losing to an inferior team. That is Timberpup basketball and Anthony Edwards is going to hate this if it persists.

  4. No they have a Julius Randle problem. Rudy has always been Rudy. He's not a smart man. But you need to pass that ball to Rudy in that spot. Rudy was an idiot for acting the way he did, but he's not the main issue.

  5. So these major spacing issues were present when they made the conference finals? Or did the team trade for a non shooter that ruined the minimal spacing they had and are now trying to find a fall guy?

  6. ….luka Garza is your answer. He stretches the floor. Shoots lights out and rebounds. His defense isn’t as bad as what has been going on this season

  7. Having watched KAT now for 14 games as a Knick I see his best trait as his unselfishness and uniting his teammates. You can see how well spoken he is always giving credit to his teammates and his teammates look to him for leadership. Exactly what the Wolves are missing right now

  8. On offense Rudy should just go set high ball screens and screening like a mf around the perimeter for shooters.

  9. Randles defense is a big problem, he just ball watches most possessions. Rudy can score if fed the ball in the right position although he will fumble a pass or 2 a game. KAT was a much better balance of shooting and passing for this team and was a threat to block a shot or 2 a game, Randles not a shot blocker. The reality of the trade is starting to show.

  10. Seems like the Wolves have a coaching problem because they are all in on Gobert after the 5 picks they traded for him and then trading KAT away for a MUCH WORSE version of KAT.

Mini-Soda has a coaching problem. Either go all in on Offense and sit Gobert or go all in on Defense and sit Randell. Make a choice.

  11. I’m on the fence with the Rudy slander. What is Rudy suppose to do when Randle and Edwards drive the lane and Rudy’s defender closes in on the penetrator? Rudy can’t shoot. He can only live in the paint. I think Rudy and Julius just don’t get along. We went through this before when Rudy first came to the team. We are not clicking as a team and it shows

  12. Gobert is terrible on offense and actually very poor on defense. He's really tall and gets blocks so everyone assumes he is good on defense. He isn't.

  13. This is where we are missing KAT.. his game is not perfect, but we are missing his positive attitude and the glue that kept this team together

  14. Ant yelling at Gobert is priceless. All Ant does is stand around, chuck 3s, and stand around some more. Once while he drives and about 60% of the time he fails at that. Never backcuts, at all. Then he's yelling at a teammate. Well, well.

  15. If your big man has a small player sealed in the paint, pass him the ball, draws fouls, makes the game easier for everyone. Ant and Randles can both get theirs anytime, feed your big man so he will run and hustle for you.

  16. Randle can make you feel uncomfortable when things don’t go well ask RJ and Immanuel quickley he even tends to not talk to teammates and sit by himself isolating himself from everyone it can get real awkward

  17. Bruh the whole team bought in on defense last year this team is missing Kyle Anderson big time. Thought the old white dude was gonna play more for shooting and passing.

  18. Yall gotta chill and stop overreacting after every loss, its literally 15 games into the season with 2 brand new players playing heavy minutes! Is your memory really THAT bad that you don't remember Gobert lost a game for us last year too, making money gesture to the ref! This is just Rudy being Rudy, its nothing to make a deal out of, let alone making an entire video named "We have a Rudy problem" SERIOUSLY dude go smoke some flower and chill out, its legal in Minnesota, as far as I know.

  19. wild that Garza has been on the team 3 years and isnt even an option. Wish we'd try him out when Rudy goes to the bench I know hes not a good defender but neither Naz or Randle want to play the 5. Naz can play the 3 just as well

  20. Yeah Randle the poor attitude, low defensive effort, ball stopper isn't part of the problem at all.. Randle has singlehandedly ruined the vibes of this team fucking trade him.

  21. Wolves playing like garbage is great for the content creators! 252 comments is elite work.

I personally think that Randle made the correct call with not passing to Rudy on 'that play' – Barnes isn't a 6'1 PG that Rudy can man handle and at that time, both Randle and Rudy thought that they were the better options. Would have been nice and professional if they were able to both get on with it from that point on and not completely derail the game.

Rudy clogging the paint will be a constant issue and despite the Wolves having a below average offence last season, I believe it worked better because KAT's starting position and threat was beyond the 3pt line (I could be way off in my recollection). Randle may be shooting the 3 ball decently well, but KAT was always that catch and shoot threat that needed the ultimate respect – so in that spot, the lane becomes less crowded.

Mike dropping his 3pt % by over 10% and Jaden shooting 31% from 3 isn't helping the spacing much either – defenders can sag off even more from them which is highlighting the spacing issues even more.

Anyways, thanks for coming to my TED talk and keep up the content Jake – I don't always agree, but respect the work you put in on this venture.

  22. Gobert doing his best Dwight Howard imitation on offense without realizing he has 2 bricks where his hands should be.

  23. Raptors go in ever night they play with there heart if they can get a good pick next year and add a veteran they will be a very good team
