Injuries suck, but losing because we have a lack of confidence is sad. I get it because we’ve lost so many, at least I wouldn’t be confident, but we can’t hang on losses. We’ve got too many games left for that
I’m sick and tired of this. It’s the same crap every post game conference. “We have to find our confidence.” Like wtf. In tired of this team. Yeah we have injuries but even when we get our most needed players back, we still suck. The next few games are probably the hardest I’ve seen. For that reason, I’m clicking out till the pelicans at least win three games and god knows that won’t happens on like two months🙄
10 points in the first quarter?????????? (I just put 10 question marks there—one for each point). I wouldn't be surprised if we set an NBA record for the least points ever scored in a quarter.
I love the Pelicans, so I hope the tanking is worth it. DO NOT finish with a mediocre record and pick, and DO NOT fire Willie. The Spurs didn’t fire Pop, and look what they got for it.
That being said, the only hope in this city is to draft a foreigner like Luka, Jokic, Giannis, etc., as we are a small market. No Americans (or their agents) will have respect for this organization and will continually play the “I love this city…. (Waits 5-6 years)…. I need a trade—it’s just business.” And I don’t blame them one bit.
Oh yeah, and if we do get a top pick, get Ace or Dylan. Please, no copper flag. If the players want to go—and they do—parlay their ass for some top picks like we did with AD!! Like fr, what is the 10-year plan here? They didn’t resign BI, and he and Z are firing their agents… CJ is retiring soon.
That Arena needs to be empty, the only way to get the organization attention is to cost them Money.

This team looks lost on the court. There's no game plan; they just go with the flow… It looks like pickup basketball! Idc that everybody is hurt, they should still be running plays and looking somewhat organized. It looks like high-school basketball… Willie is a great motivator, but not a good coach.
When I get a bad job performance review I'm just gonna tell my boss that I need to "find my confidence". I'm sure he'll be as understanding as Willie, who evidently prefers words like "adversity" to "accountability".
I hope to wake up and see willie is fired , like they did dennis allen smh … its time for a change.

Willie runs 0 plays on offense. At MINIMUM, this team should be setting a million screens to get Trey Murphy open 3's, like the Warriors did with Klay Thompson and the Pacers did with Reggie Miller. But no, Willie would rather Trey Murphy play iso-basketball, and take guys off the dribble. It doesn't make sense!!!! This league demands shooters and wing players. Pels have both, yet never know how to utilize them. Willie is incompetent and should be fired immediately. (We know he won't be fired)
