You're miss speaking on Embiid, cuz he has been one of the best statistical players in basketball over the past few years but he's never been one of the best players in the NBA. When you can't even make the Conference Finals, no one has ever said that Towns was one of the league's best players…why cuz he doesn't win. Towns just put up offensive numbers &had nothing else to show for it; that's literally what Embiid has been doing for years but he's been on teams with far more talent then any squad Towns has ever had. Embiid is only behind Chris Paul when discussing the most overrated players in league history &it's kool the world gets to see who Embiid truly is

Even with the fit in mind, and yes it's a way better fit than the Lakers with Russell Westbrook, still, allocating 75% of your salary to 3 players is not a winning recipe. That's what the Lakers did in 2022 and it backfired.
Your team has a former league MVP, two guys in the top 30 in the league, one of whom was a top 10 player for a good chunk between the mid-2010s to the early 2020s, and your best, most consistent player right now is a rookie. Yeah, problem is a nice way of putting it. Fuckin' cooked is a better way.
