IDK why people thought Dame was the better player. Jrue can average 30ppg if the organization allows him to. We have seen them play together in the Tokyo olympics and Jrue outshined Dame in every category.
the biggest denominator is Doc Rivers, hes taking the team backwards since he got there
the bucks problems just boils down to effort and willingness to defend. also we need to speak on Giannis needing a roster spot to be taken up by his brother who literally contributes zero to on court success through play. they could fill that spot with a player who is impactful and would ask a comparable salary.

Giannis asked for lillard and lillard whined about his bad team. They are both betas who think theyre alphas. Lillard overrated and giannis has no game but hustle. Game slowing down is worse for him bc he has no moves. Lopez is trash.

As a Celtics' fan and long-time Jrue fan…Jrue is just one of those guys whose stat sheet doesn't show half of what he does. He doesn't have the stats ceiling of a superstar, but his floor is considerably higher than a lot of superstars. What do I mean? I mean that Jrue can have a statistically poor game, but still do a lot to contribute to your team in hustle plays, effort and defense. A lot of superstars like Dame can have much better games, but if they aren't scoring efficiently they're a net negative to the team due to poor defense or inefficiency with their looks.
I think this is the thing that a lot of people miss about Jrue. Watching him with Boston, there are a ton of scoring plays that he initiates, but he doesn't get the assist because Boston makes a second or third pass after…but the initiation of the offense was Jrue. Similarly, there's quite a few plays where he doesn't get a steal, but he creates the situation where another Celtic is able to swipe the ball (often by forcing the opposing player to go a certain direction, or lose their dribble). Jrue just does every little thing that helps a team win and he can do it unselfishly. While his scoring can fluctuate, he's rarely inefficient and this was probably a key to Milwaukee's success with him. Bringing in Dame completely changed the dynamic of the team and not in a great way. While Dame did improve the offense, the defensive downgrade was just too severe. What we've seen in the last few playoffs is that teams tend to tighten up defensively in the post-season, meaning that elite offense is significantly harder to maintain.

The Bucks are not cooked. That utter nonsense. Weak minded fans know nothing of dealing and overcoming adversity. Bucks not going nowhere man. Middleton returning will cure all of the ills of this team. Come back to me in January and Bucks and Giannis will shut these sites down. You not getting him. He is not going to let this team, his team fail even if he has to do it himself. Now he has a jumper. LOOK OUT. New pieces, new coach, new system and one key injury. That takes time.

Holiday had so many 4-21 games in the playoffs, and did nothing to stop hot players, Holiday lets players pass hoping for tap or block, then open floater, maybe with Celtics he has more help and looks better, only issue with Dame is he just don't dominate in the clutch
Dame gets more rebounds than expected, pokes away balls, and at the right spot but too short to be rim protector, Giannis, Portis, Lopez need to learn to get back for the rebounds or Rivers needs to change defense, so Dame is not being a power forward on defense
Rivers destroyed the chemistry going all veterans last year and start of this year, team looking like it has a chance, Rollins, Green, Ajax could all be good players if Rivers don't tank their confidence
McCants isn’t necessarily the smartest but goddammit his input is always welcome 🙏
Its not none of that shhhitt its that 3rd piece /option the bucks need that 3rd guy that can get 30 but averages 20…. Brandon Ingram would be perfect but they play defense. They would beat Boston or come close to it if they had that 3rd option surrounded by shooters but its just dame and Giannis vs the other team at this point 💯
