Fantastic w team showed way more fight and effort plus shots were going down but let’s hope this play is what is the norm moving forward
I get off of work at 9pm so I always watch the games on my dvr after they’ve already finished and I seriously contemplated not watching this one because I expected an ass whooping. I will also happily admit I was wrong! This is the first time all season that everyone played relatively well, other than Crowder cause I don’t remember him doing anything. But I’m really starting to like Isaac Jones! I love that he battles in the paint and finishes above the rim. Hopefully this really who he is and he can keep it up. I’m also glad coach didn’t play Keon Ellis. You can tell me he’s a defensive stopper all you want but I don’t feel he stops players nearly enough to justify the amount of minutes he gets. And even more than that he is super passive on offense and doesn’t take wide open shots. This team needs aggression not more players who are afraid to take a shot. Oh and the whistles FINALLY went in our favor!!
Quite strange: Sabonis has team highest score of 27 and not a word about him. I understand that IJ was good today, but to ignore Sabonis and underestimate his play – is a little crime.
And by the way, Malik and Domas PNR is a beauty to watch and should be spammed in the games very often…

I thought Kings were really bad to start the game and DeMar isn't a good fit for the team. If you look at the 1st quarter, the team were 3-10 from 3, and that's because the half court offense was completely trash. Those 3s were last resorts and forced and I'm looking at DeMar and he's hesitant to shoot the 3 ball, spacing was bad and his overall confidence wasn't there. I don't know but Fox, Monk and DeMar looks like the spacing is quite bad. Once you insert Isaac and Heuerter, the game starts to pick up and you see the offense just FLOWS.
Sabonis scored team high points and not a single peep about him. The only times you even acknowledged that he was in the game was when you mentioned his pass to Keegan and then listed players playing time. You would think he scored like 2 points instead of 27. Odd.
Yes Fox has the ability to beat anyone in the nba if he decides too , apparently he takes off most nights
