Im very encouraged by Scottie's increased ability to maintain his handle in tight spaces. I'll take the turnovers if he can take a few more risks in developing that ability.
I wonder if there is a path to making RJ Scottie pick and rolls effective? Are they too similar in size so teams would just switch for it to be fruitful?
PURPLE REIGN 🔥🔥
Where’s the RJ vid clips? Only Scottie was worthy? I hate how you guys cover RJ. If he can’t even get a fair shake from local guys covering Raptors, he has no shot with the National media.
RJ was the 2nd best player for the Knicks when they made the EC Semifinals in the 2023 playoffs.
Go Raps!
I hope that when watching Scottie’s possessions on League Pass they give some context to the possessions. Sometimes the plays and shots Scottie took came as a response to when the Pacers and Halliburton especially started to make a run. I think that speak volumes to the level of play we’re getting from Scottie.
Siakam 189mil for 4 years, ( 47mil a year) 13 points ,Raptors- 2 Siakam/Pacers- 0 this season ,no thanks. PS.
Look at our next 7 or so games. I dont think we win more than 1 or 2 at the most. The tank will continue
Love League Pass to (a) avoid commercials, and (b) hear the away team broadcast. Quinn Buckner of the Pacers is a good one. He really explains technically what's happening on the court. He (and Caitlin Cooper) can thrive in Indiana because their fans are so knowledgeable.
It's too early to say if the Raps are "too good to tank". The Pacers are going through stuff right now, so smashing them at the SBC isn't as impressive as it might look. Same with the Pels last week. Splitting with the Heat was a fair result, but the Heat aren't that great. Let's see what happens against the Thunder and Knicks. In any case, Masai & Co. are certainly capable of finding gold in the low lottery.
