Domantas Sabonis contributed a team-high 27 points to go with 7 rebounds and 4 assists, with De’Aaron Fox of the Kings adding an additional 22 points (9-19 FG, 4-6 3P), 7 assists, and 6 rebounds in the game. Jalen Green finished with a team-high 28 points along with 7 rebounds for the Rockets in the losing effort. The Kings improve their record to 10-12 with the win, while the Rockets fall to 15-7 for the season. The Kings’ next game is Thursday, 12/5/2024, against the Grizzlies on the road (8:00 PM ET, FanDuel Sports Network – Southeast – Memphis/NBCSCA), while the Rockets continue their road trip on Thursday, 12/5/2024, when they face the Warriors (10:00 PM ET, NBA TV).

These Kings rotations look a lot cleaner. I like Monk as the secondary ball handler, being aggressive and dishing to Huerter or DeRozan to keep them involved on offense too.

This game was definitely rigged not to help the Kings. But so the LAs and GSWs and Dens of the world can move up in the standings.
There were abput 6 missed calls for the Kings where the refs either didnt see them or swallowed their whistles either way they cpuld go either way.
On the other hand there were 12 calls that the ref were looking straight at and didnt care it was just play on. The crowder hand to the face cut eye gouge on Jalen Green was an absolute flagrant 2. The dillon euro that sent him packing was a for sure block with keegan not set. The Sengun mugging with like 2minutes left that sent The entire Rockets team it seemed like put the game was right in front of the refs and they refused to call it. He had 4 other times where he was absolutely mugged and even fell to thebground a couple times and they called nothing. They gave derozan about 10 straight ticky tacks, that they didnt call for the rockets, in the 2nd half. Jabari was held by sabonis and thrown to the ground and it was an instant whistle on Bari. Dillon holds sabonis the exact same way and immediately gets hit with his fourth. There were many other blatant were calling for Kings were not calling for Houston that it became laughable. The two challenges rockets clearly dont touch the ball nope kings ball failed challenge not enough to overturn. Jalen gets fould shopting three aaahhh minimal contact even though there was contact no three challenge suceeded. It was so blatantly obvious the refs helped them even the Kings fans were chanting lets go Refs and the Rockets only were behind by 14 ever. We were still in the game through all of it. The difference was THE CALLS.
People underestimate the role of timing and type of foul calls in basketball. Sure the kings shoot 20 free throws and Rockets shoot 21 free throws but its timing and on who. Dillon was targeted and hes been our most constitent player for november and december so far so they sat him very quickly. They gave the rockets regular shmegular side out fouls that didnt mean much but gave the kings all the and ones, shooting fouls, and momentum killers like we need the offensive rebound we get offensive rebound to start the break and whistle someone pushed someone. Or a king goes up for two at the bucket after scoring 6 straight and it was a stop the rockets needed but no tick tack foul shoots and makes 2 on the same contact that happened on the other end. Plus all the fouls thelat put the Kings in the bonus quickly while the rockets were never in the bonus. Plus the fouls that sat our players down.
Make no mistake this game was rigged by the NBA and was a disgusting display of blatantly cheating just so the warriors, denver and LA can be in the conversation again for money purposes.
Its really bad when you take the work and effort away from a smaller team who worked their way to a spot for the ring and the league takes it all away because your not box office yet so all that work is just negated so that others who are bigger markets and names and will get money for then league can jump ahead of you without work or effort.
