I'd be willing to bet that no one on the Lakers who wasn't JJ's podcast partner is looking at JJ and his role player /non-champion as a player career (and no experience whatsoever as a coach ) as having the answers at this point … and likely never have since JJ was hired. And just as no FAs wanted to sign up last summer to play on a team centered around a 40-year-old and a no-experience coach … I fully expect next summer's FA person to go the same way if the Lakers are offering "come play with a 41 year old and coach who lost more that Darvin
