Jaylen Brown finished with a team-high 28 points along with 9 assists and 6 rebounds for the Celtics, while Kristaps Porziņģis tallied 26 points, 9 rebounds and 3 three pointers in the game. Cade Cunningham recorded 27 points, 14 assists and 9 rebounds. The Celtics improve their record to 18-4 with the win, while the Pistons fall to 9-15 for the season. The Celtics’ next game is Friday, 12/6/2024, against the Bucks at home (7:30 PM ET, ESPN), while the Pistons continue their road trip on Saturday, 12/7/2024, when they face the Knicks (7:30 PM ET, MSG/FanDuel Sports Network – Detroit).

I really like this Pistons team, man. Im a Celtics fan, but Detroit is one of the other teams I will watch if Boston's not on – just a bunch of really compelling young players, and I think Bickerstaff has them playing really hard. Cade reminds me a lot of younger Tatum – absurd talent, unstoppable skills, but basically no pulse, for good or for ill. If he ever starts playing defense, he'll be one of the best players in the league.

No matter how good or bad the Pistons are, it's always a fun game when they play Boston. Lots of momentum swings and guys playing hard. Love to see it.
