The Toronto Raptors may have turned a corner on their season after back to back impressive wins over the Indiana Pacers and the Miami Heat. The team may be 7-15 but have played much better than their record indicates and now some wins are starting to follow through. The return of Scottie Barnes has had significant impacts on RJ Barrett’s game improving and overall team success.

We need to calm down the only teams we’ve beat are under 500. This is still not a playoff team but it’s encouraging to see the guys playing well. Adding a lottery pick in this stacked draft and hopefully having all our main guys healthy next season and we’re definitely a playoff team

Trade Bruce Brown Jr and a 1st rd draft pick in 2026 for Cameron Johnson of BKN, then go for a back up C ou can shoot like Isiah Stewart of DET, maybe for Boucher and Temple + the POR 2nd rd 2025. Both player are young and under contract for a while.
Both BKN and DET should be tanking more heavily than TOR.
We have enough Guards atm.
We all know the Raptors are better than their record. I say the duo of Scottie Barnes and RJ like how Boston dont only talk about 1 player all the time.
The RAPTORS will still lose a ton of games ! No worries I have Toronto losing 12 out of next 15 games. Plus Raptors will get more injuries than a minor blowup at deadline I’m trading all pending FA and I’m trading Poeltl and Olynyk.

Dude, I am so sick of this 'tanking' narrative. This is a new team that lost 2 of its best players, backup centre, top wing, and others to injuries to start the season. 40% of the starters! Furthermore, tanking is not done 10 games into a season by any team. And what team would want to stunt the development of a team of youngsters and throw away an entire season? Not to mention the fans……..all in the 'hope' of landing a top pick. What if that doesn't work out? What do have? A team that learned to lose and the franchise that took a step backwards. This is a playoff bound team. It's like you don't understand injuries and the game. Just tired of all this meritless and ridiculous tanking talk.
Should have kept Norm Powell, Kyle Lowry, Kawhi Leonard, Demar Derozan etc. Too late!

If we do look to trade JP for maximum value. Should look to Miami. They're in a win now position. Not utilising their young players and don't have the best assets to acquire much. Take Ke'el ware and some picks with whoever for salary filler.
