Brooklyn Nets beat Pacers, Cam Johnson and company continue to win

The Nets beat the Pacers 99-90 on Wednesday evening, improving to 10-13 on the season, more than halfway to their projected win total through just 23 games. Cam Johnson led the way with 26 points on 7-18 from the field, and all of his makes came from beyond the arc. He’s been amazing this season, one of the more efficient shooters in the league. Shake Milton, Nic Claxton, and Ben Simmons also made strong contributions.

    Cam Thomas will be back eventually. They need a 7 footer. If they get that. They can be way better that they are now. And can make a real run.

    Watching the NETS come out and score a whopping 3 points in the first 5 minutes…then getting and blowing a 21 point lead against an awful Pacers team…still believe the MONSTER TANK is coming…Move on from players who are crushing our lottery dreams!

    These wins are meaningless…other than we know that JORDIE can really coach!!! Unless of course you get excited about a play-in chance and then getting destroyed in the post-season and then of course having a CRAPPY pick…It's all about the top 4-6 in this draft…period!!

    Anyone who thinks (Adam) that the Nets don’t need to trade Cam Johnson and all their vets to keep there tank alive truly are not accessing what is going on around the league. The Nets simply by playing hard are going to rack up wins against the bottom of the league that is already preparing for the draft.

    Like Dennis, like Cam Thomas, like Clax, like DFS , I like how Cam Johnson is playing but non of these players outside Cam Thomas is worth keeping to the detriment of a high lottery pick. None. You are already in a position where even if you started losing more tomorrow you still might not catch the Wizards.
