Pop has always had one of these types on his winning teams. An unsung hero who will do all the "dirty work." A utility man, perhaps even a journeyman who makes up for what he lacks in skill and athleticism with effort and smarts. Bruce Bowen, etc come to mind.
Most teams need a glue guy but the 24/25 Spurs have a Ju guy.
