Who exactly are these Denver Nuggets? | Serbian Corner
Nikola Jokić and the Denver Nuggets have won games against the Thunder, Mavericks, Lakers, and Warriors but also lost to the decimated Pelicans and Ja-less Grizzlies.
After 20 games, it is time to ask who exactly these Denver Nuggets are. This is why Miroslav is joined by Matt Brooks, the writer and digital content specialist for the Denver Nuggets, and Brendan Vogt.

The nuggets are def better than 11-9 bc they’ve had AG/Jokic/Murray all miss 3-10 games each.

This is why I’m not giving up on Murray or Nuggets yet! He’s a notoriously slow starter which sucks, but this isn’t new and the last 2yrs around mid December to end of year he plays at much better level (last year RS less 8-10 months ago he was quietly 33.3, 10.2, 6.5, 2.5 stocks per 100 for the entire season over 59 games while being 14th in OBPM ahead of Durant, Booker, Ant, Harden, PG, Fox, Mitchell, Sabonis, Maxey, just to name a few….19th in BPM & VORP per game).
Denver really isn't much of a home advantage at all. The athletes can deal with the altitude pretty well these days, and the audience at Mile High gets awfully quiet at the slightest hint of misfortune.
The vibes being off with the team doesn't help, either.
Hello from Denver miroslav, you are a legend
Having watched the Nuggets since Larry Brown was the coach , Doug Moe also understood .. altitude is a weapon. I can assure you if the opposing team isn’t bent over grabbing their knees at every possession stop the Nuggets aren’t running fast enough period…
Every offseason players add elements to their game: AG after losing to the Suns wanted to play smarter, then after losing to the warriors wanted to be tougher, last year he became more of a point forward, this year he came in and added a better shooting touch. MPJ developed his defense, became more involved with the offense, this offseason focused on bulking up and to be more of a playmaker. Braun obviously took shooting more seriously. Jokic has made strides every offseason…Jamal is the same guy he’s been his whole career. I am done with him.
