I’ll be 40 years old on December 12th. I did a front flip into a dunk just yesterday with no problems. The I did a 360 flip over the basketball hoop and landed on a trampoline shooting so high that I grabbed onto an airplane dropped back down flipping the whole way down and dunking on my hoop. Age don’t mean nothing.
