The Thunder defeated the Pelicans, 119-109 tonight in New Orleans. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander contributed a team-high 31 points to go with 4 assists and 2 rebounds, with Jalen Williams of the Thunder adding an additional 27 points (10-19 FG, 4-9 3P) and 27 points in the game. Dejounte Murray finished with a team-high 26 points along with 9 rebounds for the Pelicans in the losing effort. The Thunder improve their record to 18-5 with the win, while the Pelicans fall to 5-19 for the season. The Pelicans’ next game is Sunday, 12/8/2024, against the Spurs on the road (7:00 PM ET, FanDuel Sports Network – Southwest/GCSEN), while the Thunder head home to take on the Mavericks on Tuesday, 12/10/2024, (9:30 PM ET, TNT).
