I'm from Houston, a Rockets fan, who now lives in Miami and is a 4th year Heat season ticket member. So I have a double interest in this situation
The Heat would have to trade Jimmy or Herro for Fox to match salaries and throw in some players because Sac needs more depth
The best way to get Fox is from him. Let it be known he only wants to play for Miami through his agent, Rich Paul, and have Miami start making moves now to get draft assets and clear cap space to have enough for Fox. If Sac sees Miami trying to clear cap space to be able to just sign Fox as a free agent after next season. They'll be forced to deal with Miami in a trade so they can get something for him.
