It’s simple. When Bron is on the court, He does so much of the big things, but the team seems to not be able to focus on the little things. I think he has some deficiencies and they have to make up for his deficiencies. Therefore not able to focus on the little things. Boxing out, defending, taking care of the basketball. When he is out, all of a sudden they can focus on the little things. They realize the margin of error is smaller so they pay more attention to the details. That something they need to build on.
