i told this to my brother and ima tell it to yall we goooooood. we either get the chem and start playing like a top team or we solo trade randle for another piece. he has good value around the league and can probably get a good bench piece and start naz or even a like randle +1 and get jimmy. either way i doubt we win a chip this year even if we didnt make the trade but that trade is gonna win us a chip in 2-4 years, bc donte is rlly like that and can change a series

When they traded for Rudy that 1st season the Wolves were hit and miss…..Having him and KAT on the court didn't work. It wasn't till season their 2nd season is when they finally found a way to play BOTH KAT and Rudy effectively.
Fast forward to this season. Rudy and Randle on the court haven't played well together…..its gonna take a season to let them figure out the spacing and the chemistry for everyone to find roles they can flourish in.
This video is dumb. We all know Minny lost the trade, but it was made not due to bball reasons, but financial reasons and the whole ownership situtation. If the team was owned by some Steve Ballmer-ish dude, this would never happen. Wolves are now just suffering the inevitable consequences

Let's really consider the Wolves for a minute because I think you're missing a major issue: their lack of a PG. You have a guy that can't really create his own shot in Randle. Another guy that REALLY can't create his own shot in Gobert and a ball-dominant star that likes to iso (Edwards). That is a recipe for disaster and poor chemistry without having a floor general to piece it together. Notably, Mike Conley did a lot more last year and I think that played a big role in helping to regulate the offense and KAT had more self-creation ability than Randle does.

Trades of this magnitude are rarely instant successes. And Ju-Ju shooting 37% as a PF is still pretty solid. And his rebounding numbers are down for the same reason Kat’s rebounds were down- Rudy gets a large amount of them.
The Wolves will be fine! Put it this way, they are one of the last teams in the back half of the West I would want to face in the first round of the playoffs!
