When Pat Riley told Jimmy Butler, “ Shut Your Mouth “, this past Play-off Season, I knew Jimmy Butler’s Time in Miami, had run it’s course. So, with that being said, I have a Trade( I already tested it in “ The ESPN NBA Trade Machine( Successful ):
Jimmy Butler and Terry Rozier to Chicago, for Zach Lavine and Lonzo Ball. Let’s be Real: All 4 Players have Injury Issues. But, I look at Chemistry, Timeline and Need. Lavine and Ball are Younger Players, who fit in Miami Heat’s System. Lavine would be a Great Driver to pair with Tyler Herro’s Outside Game. Lonzo Ball would be a Great Fit with Bam and be The True Floor-Leader Miami needs. Plus, Lonzo Ball can Defend and Play 3 Positions. Most importantly, Lavine and Ball are in that same Age Group/ Timeline as Bam, Herro and Robinson.
Now, for Chicago, Jimmy Butler and Terry Rozier would be Good Fits, Playing alongside Veteran Players like Vucevic, White, and Dosumo. Plus, Butler could lead that Bulls Team, and transform them into a Tough, Play-in Team. Terry Rozier also helps Chicago with Leadership, Scoring and Toughness. Now, I am not saying that BOTH SIDES WIN THIS TRADE. No, Miami wins this trade, but Chicago becomes a more Competitive Team( if Butler and Rozier are Healthy ).
Jimmy should stay. No one we get will be better player than him when healthy.
I would pay the $52MM for Jimmy. We need to stick with him.
