I love Jimmy but it feels like the right time to restock and reload picks and/or young players. Still, I agree it doesn't sound like a Pat Riley approach who probably still kicks himself about the Beasley pick. If you move Jimmy, you should consider adding young players and maybe Duncan and try to get a legit closer.
