Murray is a 27 years old playing in a 37 years old body. Nuggets made a huge mistake by giving him the max contract which made him untradable this season

Murray is not the reason for anything. They have lost "only" 10 games so far, 2 games more than the 2nd seed. They will be just fine. Jokic and AG have missed 13 games combined. Relex you all…

Ehm… The thing is… There's no way to make a move NOW unless they are trading Michael Porter Jr.
People always forget you need to have something of value so you can make a trade, but the Nuggets don't really got that. Who wants Dario Saric? Or Zeke Nnaji? or Hunter Tyson? Or Jalen Pickett? Or Julian Strawther?. The most valuable thing the Nuggets got are MPJ a FRP and maybe Payton Watson. AG,CB and Jokic are the only untouchable and you can add Jamal to it since he signed an extension is untradable till July 1st.
Soooo the Nuggets got pretty much nothing to give away for a trade and if something end up happening MPJ is gonna be the sacrificial lamb not because of him being bad, but because Jamal has been GARBAGE and his Contract is the worst contract in the whole league.
In my opinion. Just run this roster the whole year. Try to get rid of NNaji and Saric to free up those 13M for Free Agency. Wait till July 1st and Ship Jamal out to a team with Cap Space to take him, retool the roster, bring Westbrook back and keep the core of Jokic,AG,CB and MPJ those are the only ones worth keeping. The rest can go
CB fit perfectly with the way Jokic plays the game. Perfect role player, gonna be cheap and won't require a max contract to keep. Can shoot, can cut, can finish on transition, good hands to catch, smart and fighter. If there anyone from the young guys you need to keep is CB

Christian Braun's been OK??? He leads the team in on/off at +37 per 100 possessions. Better than Jokic. The problem is that they went with 9 players under 25 years old who collectively have very little NBA experience outside of Braun. These are some raw players. They're relying on guys like Watson and Strawther. That's abnormal for a team with championship aspirations. Their top 6-7 guys would beat the top 6-7 players on most teams right now. When they have to dip into the 8-17 group, they get destroyed.

Malone wouldn’t play the youngsters if there were ANY playable veterans. It’s been his MO his whole coaching career.
If he’d have developed the youngsters the last three years they’d be in a much better place. Maybe Nnaji might even be playable. I doubt it but we’ll never know.

Chris Mannix, obviously doesnt watch the nuggets , christain braun is playing great on both ends of the court !! , christian braun , has replaced kcp nicely, not missing kcp this year, its jamal whos struggling, while aaron gordan has been injured

Nuggets are fine. Did you see the Atlanta game? Just bench Murray until he decides to put in max effort. Otherwise Russ/jokic can get it done.

Braun definitely is doing just fine as a KCP replacement. Murray just needs to play better, and the team needs to just be making wide open shots. The Nuggets aren't paying Murray to produce like a role player. Get your 💩together.
