The Hawks defeated the Knicks, 108-100 tonight in New York. De’Andre Hunter contributed a team-high 24 points to go with 4 three pointers, with Trae Young of the Hawks adding an additional 22 points (8-22 FG, 2-8 3P) and 11 assists in the game. Josh Hart finished with a team-high 21 points along with 8 rebounds for the Knicks in the losing effort. The Hawks improve their record to 14-12 with the win, while the Knicks fall to 15-10 for the season.
The Hawks advance to Vegas and the East Semifinals, where they will play the Bucks.

    It really is amazing that Doris Burke is this incredibly bad. She's been w ESPN for years and is simply impossible to listen to. She's vacuous, banal, insipid, uninformed and she says things that don't even compute as English sentences. Women have no place in mens' sports, and Doris Burke is exhibit no.1

    She is by far the worst commentator in all of pro sports, and ESPN should be ashamed of themselves.

    Knicks fan here…. this game had nothing to do with the hawks. The knicks couldn't hit a shot. couldn't hit free throws. open threes, open jumpers, layups…doesn't matter. They missed all of them. I can understand if Brunson has a bad game. But for all of them? What the hell went on here?

    Poor offensive and defensive posture for Knicks. Poor guard play by McBride & Payne. Refs let Hawks foul Knicks under the basket a lot. I give the Hawks nothing. They haven't done anything of note.
