OKC did not have Chet. He was +21 against the Mavs in the playoffs last year. OKC will be much better when/if they get to full strength.

We need to talk about our rebounding and defense in general. Gafford only had 2 rebounds and 0 offensive boards! 🤯
Lively was good but with PJ out we need both our centers to put in more effort specially with their main center Chet out
Also Luka needs to do a better job on committing to defense. Him just giving up on a lot of plays and complaining to the refs instead of getting back on defense ends up with a 5 vs 4 leading to an easy bucket
It's not that we lost, it's how we lost that was disappointing

The rotations and minutes were so weird in this game. I don’t understand why Gafford only had 16 minutes.

@Marcel stop making Excuses for the way Luka played last night like he just didn’t damn care….Luka is a sorry excuse for a Leader of the team no defense, no hustle, DA turnover after turnover. …they had the lead and he killed their momentum wit those DA passes because he ‘s to LAZY to dribble to ball down the court….he acted like he was playing in a pickup game…I don’t know what Kidd was doing he should have played Spencer over Grimes…every time Dallas made a run with Luka on the bench Kidd would bring him back in to only get further in depth. It’s hard when 4 are playing defense on 5. Something has to be done about Luka period…He has been EXPOSED period. You all can’t talk around this…the man only wants to shoot….again how did he make it in the NBA????
I think they should give Omax those minutes and see where it goes. It’s still early in the season and we can adjust later if he’s not ready
Derrick Jones jr was needed on the defensive side and can back up by PJ. Last year's run is proof. People forget how impactful Derrick was last year. His athletism is very deceiving! He can block shots on perimeter especially on 3 point line.

Losing to OKC is maybe a good thing. Now they can rest awhile and get healthy, or get over whatever bug is going around.
