I don’t really have faith in this ownership and front office. They’ve clearly knownast trade deadline and over the summer they had some issues that needed to be fixed and what do they do they sat out signed max and that was it .

Rob pelinka was a fool. He let a healthy and performing Shroeder leave but preferred a bum called Gabe Vincent. Now, he is struggling to get back Shroeder. The 2019 team construction was a fluke, but Rob sysrematically fucked up the team year after year after that.
If we are going to spend frp we need younger better options. Because this could be the last go round for LeBron.
DLo, Vando, JHS, Lewis or Vincent, Vando, JHS, Christie both work financially for Schroeder, DFS, Sharpe. Pros and cons to either package. Both I’m cool with including one first, one second. But it gives us everything we need in one trade, as you mentioned. And keeps one first available to us.
Pacers GM says he will take AD and reeves for myles turner and Halliburton. When rob trade AD , LeBron will ask out too . Thats the end goal, trade both lebon and AD and rebuilt . Trading for nets players will go nowhere. Lebron too old

Correction, you solve most your issues this year. Dennis is not a switchable defender, and frankly is probably a bit overrated as a defender. Biggest issue though is his expiring contract, DFS player option next year. We already failed to resign Dennis twice before. Could DFS get a better contract on the open market, could he get more than Lakers offer? Definitely possible (I.e. Caruso). There are holes in this trade I find very concerning, especially if you are giving away the house. Nets also have Mikal Bridges brain and may not fall down to reality till after the trade deadline.
I dislike giving up firsts for 30plus year olds unless they were stars . Because 9/10 u get diminished returns
Murphy and herbert is the best bet for youth and if you would like to pivot in 3 years you can still get value vs trading for the older guys and it be the end of it . Last contract in the nba

But if we can do Rui+Gabe+JHS+Hayes for Schroeder+DFS+Sharpe, I think it's fair to give out a first and maybe some second round picks since I don't care😅

Our roster is F’d. We have a bunch of pieces that don’t fit. At this point I’m with those that believe it’s time for a reboot. LeBron is not a true power forward. AD is not a true center. We aren’t big enough to come out the west. I don’t see any pieces that we can put together with the cap situation as it is, that can make us a true contender.
Why are you so big on DFS and Rui younger and better and Lebron is staying at the 4 we don’t need DFS
