To be fair, I think people are acting like D'Anthony Melton is nothing. Yea, he's out for the season, but when healthy, he's arguably a better NBA player than Schroeder, and was an absolutely perfect fit for the Warriors.
I don't see Kerr leaving Podz out of the rotation he loves him too much this move drastically affects Moody more than anyone else so it's cheaper they trade him put a package with him in it to get a rim protector a big. I don't think they'll be able to afford to keep both Wiggins and Kuminga so obviously Wiggins should be traded instead. I'm sure a package of Wiggins, Moody, GP2, Looney could get us a decent productive big. I'm hoping they keep Dennis the menace because he gives Ja hell and I love it. 😏
Kerr and the warriors are allergic to lengthy big defenders. When I heard GS made a trade I instantly said, oh they probably got another guard. I guess I’m glad they didn’t leverage their future to get him.

Wouldn't call it a steal but it worked out for both teams, The Nets are tanking and the Warriors desperately needed to replace Melton at the starting 2 guard spot. Now If Kerr can actually coach properly and cut Podz minutes in half that would be great.
Watching pods struggle this season has been painful. Him out of the lineup will be a good thing for the team. Hopefully he can fix whatever the issue is and come back stronger. If not, at least he won't be hurting the team anymore.

I prefer Jordan Clarkson but Schroder is a great pick as well.
Its a good trade. It lowers pods expectations and now they can stagger steph and dennis so that we have a good playmaking on the court at all times

The only players losing minutes are moody and Lindy. Dennis is here now to replace melton not podz 😂 and in my opinion he’s an upgrade
