As a basketball fan, this sux for me because I wanted to see good playoff basketball in the East! The west is a given. In the east, I was really looking for a HEALTHY Sixer team to challenge Boston. That damn Boston team looks unstoppable! Freakin Payton Prichard, a possible 5th option is ballin for them!

The Sixers have an easy calendar in december with twice Charlotte, San Antonio, Portland and Utah. Only @Boston and @Cleveland should be 100% defeats.
The management will be able to rule end of december. If they manage to get 5 wins from this schedule, you can try a run to get back in the playin spots. If they finish december with more losses than wins, it will then be time to tank because you will have nothing to hope from the remaining of the season.
Btw, last year, the first playoff spot was at 47 wins. To end in the playoff spot, they have to realize 40-19 (68%) on the remaining games, which is nearly impossible for this doubtful team.
It would be a shame to give a lottery pick to OKC in order to be eliminated in the playin. They should definitely tank !!!
