What the hell happening to the Heat? They can't make an easy layup and they can't defend in the other end, so disappointing and they collapsing in 2nd half often.
The Heat organization comes in every season with championship aspirations so we fans expect championship caliber play. That's not what we're getting. Denver played on a string. We're not getting that from Miami. 0-2 on the road trip. Timberwolves next so possibility it extends to 0-3. Tyler so far this season is playing like he wants to be the face of the franchise but everyone else (minus the rookies because that's not fair to put so much on them) in that starting line up can't be consistent and the bench is anemic. Spo is dealt one hand, no matter how he shuffles it, it's the same hand. If it's time to pull the plug on championship goals, trade Jimmy and let the young guys get some run. No expectations from fans. Just fun basketball for a few years. Can we live with that Heatnation?

Terry needs to go to the bench in think Duncan should start and put Tyler at pg. Bam plays better with Duncan because there is more space. The offense just seems to play better with Duncan in the lineup

Terry is a scorer. He isn't a defender or playmaker, his skill set just doesn't fit in the starting unit and is best served as a 6th man role.

He's not built to lead this team deep into the playoffs. he'll never be d-wade or Alonzo Mourning… Bam looks like a deere in headlights like Ohio state did playing Michigan the past 3 years.. It's hard to watch.

Unless the Heat make major trades or moves tomorrow, this is what you need to do… change the starting lineup. Ware, Bam, Butler, JJJ, Tyler.
Ware needs to get minutes. Is he ready? No. But screw it. You can't have Bam out there doing it all by himself. That dude looks exhausted… and because he does so much, he's compromising his game on offense, which in turn makes low basketball IQ 'fans' say things like 'trade Bam' — ridiculous. Niko and Terry should play with the second unit because it isn't working with the starting lineup

I've been saying for the longest time that Pat Riley doesn't know how to put together a Championship Team in the modern NBA, and Spo doesn't know how to coach an offense in the modern NBA. Couple that together with a team with no talent, no skill, and no drive. But don't worry, in Spo, we trust. Pat's the Godfather. And Jimmy's gonna turn up in the playoffs 😂😂😂

The Miami Heat have nothing to look forward to. This roster will repeat the same or even a worse year. I don't see a way out with this version, Bam is a good player, not a star or a superstar, Jimmy is no longer the player he was , In his prime he was close to being a superstar, but he was only a star… all the elite teams prepared and signed good players. Miami only brought the same… so let's hope for a mediocre season. The truth .
The Heat need picks in order to get better in about 3 years. They should trade Playin Jimmy to the Nets for picks only. I would also think about trading Bam to the Blazers for 6 unprotected first round picks and then I would tank for Cooper Flagg. The Heat don't like to tank but we are a mediocre team in cap hell. Drastic times means drastic measures.
Tobin, at what point are Riley and Spo to blame. Riley said the last 2 years that he liked this team and Spo has always said "We have enough". Both Riley and Spo are past their primes and need to go. Why don't you make a video about that?
Jimmy is going to miss a bunch a games because he wants no part of all the losing that's coming the next 5 or 6 games. He knows the more the Heat lose the closer he gets to be a Detroit Piston or Net.
Ware needs to play. Spo needs to just let that old way of doing it go, and play ware. You cant baby him he can handle it and it will serve his maturation process good if he just keeps starting let him cut his teeth. Move bam to the 4. Duncan needs to start and Tyler can start over terry. Both of them cant play together cus the defense is awful. We dont have the same caliber of players and running it back changes nothing
We messed up by not trading the rooks and picks plus whoever for help . Tyler is great but he’s best as a 6 man , obviously he’s scoring now . But him plus my initial proposal could have gotten jimmy and bam help . That third piece plus help … there’s still time

Jimmy's just too passive and the offense stalls when he gets the ball. With him out, I'd like to see Herro be the number 1 option.
It is time for the organization and all Heat fans to accept that the Spo as the head coach/Bam as the starting center smallball experiment has been a colossal failure, & has run its course. The Miami Heat will never ever ever ever ever win championships with Spoelstra as the head coach/Bam as the starting center. 7 years is a long enough sample size, being on the play-in trajectory 3 years in a row is all the proof that is needed. Admit it, accept it, & embrace it. That's how you grow as an organization and as a fanbase. Stop romanticizing getting run out of the gym in the Finals twice as a badge of honor. That doesn't mean a team is close. It just means they didn't learn from any of their mistakes playing small like aholes, humiliated themselves in the exact same fashion playing undersized from a position of weakness twice (actually 3 times also vs the Spurs in 2014)
