Kendrick Nunn just won 2 championships and finals mvp overseas . Milk and Cookies
I love when Ethan talks about "what the fans don't understand". We understand that the Heat have been average to below average for the past 6 years (including this one). Fans understand that Spo's small ball experiment for the last 10 years has been a disaster with no end in sight. Fans understand that Riley and Spo running Lebron out of town while in his prime was one of the biggest boneheaded mistakes in sports history.
We not 🎉 winning the title anyway just go young it is what it is
I have been saying for a while now that most of the teams who had won a championship had been centered around players they drafted. Golden State, Nuggets, Boston, Raptors, and yes even Miami. I understand the casual heat fans want the "bought not built" concept but that no longer works. They are spoiled and impatient. 😑
Ethan terrible, wth was that with the water cleanup of Florida?! 😂
The Heat’s philosophy is to never bottom out but how does that approach change under the new tax apron restrictions?
Don’t the tax restrictions neuter the Heat’s old way of doing things?
Trade Jimmy. Replenish your draft capital. Rip off the bandaid. Start the #YouthMovement
You can trade Dru Smith right?
It's hilarious how Ethan goes bullet by bullet explaining how horrible the Heat's asset management is, how they lose capital papering over THEIR OWN MISTAKES, and then tries to spin that as a positive for the front office. "They use picks to solve problems" YEAH PROBLEMS THAT THEY CREATED LOL. You then get two mistakes for the price of one! Ethan would win a gold medal in verbal gymnastics if it was an Olympic event.
So when they talk about Jimmy or Tyler it is we have to win a ring. when they talk about bam it is we want to stay competitive. Huh?
As long as Miami thinks Bam is untouchable they will never win another ring. Miami needs to be open to everything. There is not another D Wade walking through our door.
At some point the Heat needs to realize that bottoming out is the best option. If you're waiting for the OKC and Charlotte picks to convey. You're just wasting Bam's prime. He is currently 27, and undersized athletic centers fall off quickly past 30. Neither Bam nor Herro are the types of players you build around. Some hard choices need to be made. The team is the definition of a treadmill team right now.
Heat’s #1 flaw… chasing small guards: Oladipo, Lowry, Rozier… even waiting on Dame put them behind
