Put the NBA on Thanksgiving. Too many trash games with Detroit. I'd much rather watch NBA on Thanksgiving.
WORST episode I’ve watched in a long time I couldn’t even finish. I don’t care about the NBA Cup or your guys opinion of the all star game. It’s hard to even listen to you guys because you lack social etiquette. Thinking Basketball is a better product
You have to go to International vs. American for All-star game.
One change that needs to happen is no more defensive 3 seconds. It's always been stupid. It's the only basketball league in the world that does it. Let them play zones & let teams get creative on D. With all the 3 point shooting what would a 3-2 or 1-3-1 match up zone or half court press look like to take away 3s? I agree there needs more offensive & defensive variety between the teams in the NBA. Creativity is lost & it's become a total copycat league. Euroball is now more entertaining…..fly in an European All-Star team to play a US All-Star team. I bet you that gets competitive or get NBA final 4 teams in cup to compete against final 4 teams in Europe in a World Cup Elite 8 tourney……maybe break up the 24 all-star players into an 8 team 3on3 mini wkend tournament ??
Oh, NBA Cup and All-star weekend merging would be great because you'd be condensing two things I don't care about into one weekend. That's way better than spreading it out.

OKC had a bad shooting night. Plus OKC’s weakness is going against a dominant big man like Giannis. Just like when the Suns faced the Bucks in the championship run a few years ago.

What if.. when a player attempts to score in the paint and is fouled during shooting, they are awarded 3 FT for a missed shot…
2 FT if they make it and are fouled. And2
Maybe on an AND1 you are given posession of the ball instead of a Free Throw

Windy is such a Bucks hater. The Bucks play an incredible Cup Championship game and he talks more about OKC than he does the winning team. For years he been flailing around without any evidence that Giannis wants out of Milwaukee.

People have changed the way they view sports and the NBA keeps their product locked-up behind local agreements and black-outs. I have now intention of ever going back to regular cable service. I think that's the #1 problem. Maybe some of the new deals with streamers & NBC will help the NBA but the product feels elitist. The NFL is accessible to everyone.
I don't think people tune-in to see dunks. In fact, I would do what the Big 3 does. They have 4 points spots on the floor. Everyone would want to tune-in to see Steph or Dame shoot 4 pointers. Dunks are fine but not the solution. The Big 3 has grown in popularity every year.
In addition, the NBA doesn't collaborate as much as the NFL. They're missing opportunities.
Finally, star power drives the ratings. The star power feels very flat right now.

What about making the All-Star Game the captains-pick-team format, but with a caveat, that the players from the losing team are ineligible for the next year’s game.
