  1. This fromt office problem reminds me how HOF Dirk caeer travesty ended in Dallas. League// fandom has a disdain for Euro talent.

  2. I think trading MPJ for any of those guys will be the biggest mistake in the Jokic era so far. Let AG get back to himself. Hopefully Jamal can stay healthy and produce like he used to. Make some marginal trades before you start tearing down your core

  3. 3 max players model is bad. Flip MPJ for 2 + rotational players. Cam Johnson and DFS or Hunter and Bogdanovic. You make a move for LaVine or Ingram you become the Suns and our window is closed. No defense, no bench, ugly.

  4. I never thought I'd say this but THANK YOU MATT. We don't need offense when the starters already have a 125+ O rating

  5. Only problem I have with Potter is his defense. If you can't up grade the defense a lot don't bother. Sure a lot of real GM's run circles around Booth. I say no more trading until Booth is gone. Get Zach who's getting the rebounds that Potter gets? Zach only works if it's Murray we are packing up. See where we are next year when we can move Murray assuming you can find some one to take him on the Booth contract. Why is it the Nuggets that always have to give the first pick? Are the players Booth sign that bad?

  6. Levine doesn’t solve the nuggets two biggest problems. 1) bench scoring , and 2) defense. Honestly I would prefer MPJ just because he’s 6’10’ vs 6’6” and isn’t a culture risk.

  7. Plus Lavine can replace Murray in the offseason if necessary. The only untouchable on the Nuggets should be Jokic. Everyone else including coach, players and management is replaceable.

  8. To give Young good player with Westbrook Play like before the beard in LAChe is doing triple double it's very bad trade he didn't lavine have more than 1 Good year it's brainless to just talk about that it's like Bradley Beal are u ppl whatc MBA it's simple Jokic need help it's getting ridiculously but lavine one season for MPJ ITS THE STUPIDEST THING I'VE HEARD Denver haven't players who are worth for 2 or 3 players to make them contenders they give K Pope💩

  9. I am not against trades but what i am against is that i dont want a trade that makes us worse.
I would wait until summer and dump Murray

  10. Stupid question…do you think playing for an east coast team vs west coast helps a player’s net rating given level of competition in the west coast?

  11. The Nuggets have all they need other than Jamal playing up to his ability. They wanted to develop talent and they have i.e. CB, stawther, pswatson, etc they have proven that they can beat anyone. Is joker asked to do the most yes 60 million a year's worth. If he needs help then he needs to open up his wallet too.MPJ has been loyal, he has worked hard and he is one year from being an all star. why would you trade him for a chemistry question mark. Leave the line up alone.

  12. It'll never happen because of how much Denver would have to give up, and I doubt Minnesota would want to let him go. But, I'd kill for Naz reed

  13. MPJ for any of these pieces is a downgrade and potential disaster. Lavine is a maybe, but I trust MPJ's health way more than Lavine's at this point. Obviously backup center has been a sore spot for years, but Valanciunas was the only name that stuck out to me. We need rotation depth, not a different starting 5.

  14. You need to get off MPJ contract. Trade him and 2031 first for Dorian Finney Smith and Bogdan (doubt the Nets would go for it) then let Bogdan walk next year and use the money saved on the bench

  15. Just go for Jimmy butler at this point, we are swapping one defensive liability with another with the Lavine trade.

  16. Chicago fans seem interested in a trade with what Denver has to offer. That improves likelihood, imo. I don't hate it and I like the player, but I don't like locking the team down to no pivot potential. If it happens, it could work. Cam Johnson or the Atlanta guys would be better for flexibility.

  17. I feel Ryan is told to promote the Lavine trade lol. Seems like he's not convinced himself, yet he's completely for it.

  18. Did Ryan just say that trading MPJ would free up Julian and Peyton? Are they going to pay Peyton? Why are you trading your fourth best player to help what should be your 9th and tenth best guys?

  19. Huh – Matt likes Marvin Bagley, Talen Horton Tucker, and Jalen Smith. That is definitely a motley crew.

  20. Will guys !! Here go the season finna fall apart we do not need a star !!! Just add shooters why would we trade mpj he been attacking the rim dunking he 6’10 that matter in playoffs his shot will fall again we need more shooters like cam Thomas ? Ducan Robinson we have Russ his mins will be short if Zach join too like 14mins a game that would be horrible he the best defender

  21. Trading a starter is a terrible idea. Try to turn out our bench scraps for a couple of serviceable front court players for the bench. I do like Johnson and Finney-Smith.

  22. The Nuggets biggest need is a better bench they still have a good enough starting five if I was going to trade a player it would be Murray for Lavine Murray is not the same player he once was he is still bothered by his injured knee the only way their going to improve the bench is through free agency and the draft

  23. Alotta bulls fan's in here disguised as nuggets fans tryna drop off their unneeded luggage in lavine & steal mpj away from us. Same mpj who single handedly locked up jimmy butler in the nba finals

  24. MPJ is having his best season, but Lavine is still having a better season on paper. He’s been more efficient being the number 1 option on his team being gameplanned against. He’d be able to create shot his more and he’s a better playmaker than MPJ. He has better odds of carrying a bench unit.

However, the nuggets would lose size, Lavine seems to be more injury prone than MPJ, he’s 29 compared to MPJs 26, has depreciated in athleticism a bit due to injuries. MPJ is having his best season yet, but he’s had pivotal series where he can’t see the rim. He shot horrendously when playing the heat in the finals, and also didn’t show up throughout the timberwolves series last year.

I think a big advantage that I believe Lavine will have is when defenses get stiff in the playoffs and the non-Jokic players need to score, it’s nice to have another number 2 option, if Jamal is hurt or not feeling it.

I’m fine with the move, but fine without it, but it seems the bench is a more pertinent issue. There’s packages that could be done with Zeke and Saric that could potentially snag a solid older bench big Jonas.

  25. This is BS. Trading a guy that hasn't even reached his ceiling. If he was the second scoring option he'd probably average 24. How Many games has Levine missed in the last 3 years. Sounds like they want to get a talented guard also. The reason, to make up for Murray.

  26. I just hope they're also asking the players about it before pulling the trigger. I don't know if letting go of MPJ would make Jokic happy.
