Too many 3s? Yep. Why?There’s divergent interests. Teams want to win. 3-pointers serve that interest. The league wants fans and interest in about 1300 games a year. All these 3s are counter to that interest. Silver is too wrapped up in himself and his own celebrity to deal with it. Similar to baseball’s problem of everyone swinging for fences and football passing too much. Small ball is dead everywhere and it’s awful to watch.
