  1. If you're the Lakers, would you wait for Wood to come back and re-evaluate him, or would you include him in a trade? Comment down below!

  2. If you not giving up on the season, you can’t wait for him. Tough decisions have to be made. The only decision to make is trade Hayes or Wood since they’re both injured or both if it comes to it

  3. All I want him is to get a chance, at least 10-15 games with this team. If it don’t transition to a positive way then make a trade 🤷🏽‍♂️😎

  4. CWood is unfortunately a Trade Piece – He’s on an Expiring Contract and based on His Injury Recovery Last Year, He won’t be in Full Game Shape til February!!!

  5. A healthy Christian Wood is basically the player so many Lakers fans are willing to part with 10M-15M and depth for from other teams. He is a big that can hit threes and is a solid rebounder and can play with AD and has proven he can be a center in the league even as a starter, but coming of the bench may be even better.

It's about maximizing what he can give us and him remaining healthy. That's the priority. On paper the Lakers have a lot of depth, but some key pieces have been injured or out. Vando being the main one, Wood is another. Just having them could cut down on overplaying LeBron and also throwing out different lineups.

Adding Wood to our bench means less time for players that don't deserve it or shouldn't be getting it, but it also puts pressure on some of the other forwards or bigs that aren't hustling back. Redick could actually punish the bigs for laziness or not committing on defense at times or getting lost. We don't have enough forwards for him to switch them out and take minutes from, but just Vando and Wood returning puts pressure on the forwards that have 'lapses' such as Hachimura and that helps.

I'd love for Wood and Vando to be back healthy and the Lakers to remain above water till then and try to rack up more wins than losses and then see what we can do with a healthy roster. Lots of people are impatient, but despite all the ranting and raving I've seen from so many fans about what the Lakers have and don't have or people taking 'too long' to get healthy, as if it's their fault. What gets lost in that is that it's not even Christmas yet, it's not even close to the All-Star game. We're just 26 games into the season. There's still a lot of time by seasonal standards and right now is not the 'panic' or 'desperation' time.

  6. Most yall lakers fans dont know this. But real ones know we should really wait to see what wood brings before exploring trade for a big.

A healthy is what I've been waiting for since July this yr.

If he hits the 3ball at simply his career avg, plus all the scoring abilities he brings at that big man spot, lakers will be very tough to beat. The key is he needs to play alongside AD

  7. Christian Wood was a stud on Houston and good stats! I think he is underrated and if the coach does the right thing with him it would be a game changer!

  8. Wood is simple if he's not back by February they should move on. Vando is the harder questions because his contract is bad if he can't stay healthy

  9. I know this might be random but I like the old background music you used to play, it was more nostalgic in a way idk lol. But still like the content nonetheless JSM💪🏽💯

  10. He is pushing it. But he has genuine offensive talent and helps out on D, gets a couple of blocks, but he is best with a two big lineup, and is a great finisher, and has shot really well from 3. He can't be a defensive anchor, though. But he will help a lot with boards. But if he cannot get back soon and show he's ready they will need his spot. Having a bunch of guys who can and have hit 20 points ppg is a mark of. He also has to stay healthy or they will have to drop him most likely. He isn't as likely to get the time to not hit the ground running, but he can help them win

  11. I'd trade JHS before Wood as salary filler just because by not opting for year 3 it just makes sense to move him. Wood would be right next and I'd have no issue using him instead if needed.

  12. Is CWood really even a “big” tho? Him and rui the same height and wingspan and ruis heavier playing our 3 lol. Is it cuz play style? I don’t get it

  13. Jsm> as it stands. That guy is delusional about wood. As it stands is so fk annoying w his “trade ideas” jsm is alot more refreshing

  14. Only Laker perimeter player that can make 3-pointers using J.J. Redick’s “Podcast Set Plays” is 3 for 28 at 3-pointers over his last 7 games rookie Dalton Knecht. Can Wood do it ?

  15. I really hope we don’t trade this guy… he’s literally talent on the bench and yet people act he’s a bum.

  16. He can shoot threes but his defense is terrible. Hope he improves his defensive capabilities

  17. Amazing to me that NBA players can sit on a bench for over a year. Would be better if they can dumb these guys to the G-league to recover and get some other players more experience. Complete waste for the league and fans to have benchwarmers

  18. Why is it always at least a couple of Lakers who can’t get healthy? Training staff is suspect

  19. C Wood could be our very own Bobby Portis or Naz Reid hope we don't Trade him, it was Ham's system thats holding back hes full potential
