I think these look much better visually than the first. Those flowing lines look much smoother than the hard three stripes from the predecessor.

I really like these for look Jordan’s are uncomfortable and I love them so why not buy these you said you got a 9.5 in these do they run small like the last ones ?

We’re with Jodi! While going slow can sometimes be awkward with the in-laws, it’s vastly superior when it’s just us because I enjoy the relaxed Christmas atmosphere and seeing my wife’s reaction to my gifts. We opened gifts one at a time as kids too.
Looks wise I think they are pretty nice. Like you said though, the previous version looks better.

Yeah, my family’s Christmas traditions were like Mrs. Wing’s. Although….. when we’d go Christmas gift shopping & my parents would buy us our gifts, we know what they are cause, we locked them out. My mom would still wrap them. That same 😊😍 Woolf still be there come Christmas Eve. In my family, we got gifts to open on Christmas Eve and gifts to open on Christmas Day. Jordan’s and or any sneakers I’d get are for Christmas Eve. Toys/clothes etc, Christmas Day. 😊👍🏼🎉

The upper reminds me of those basketball Yeezys. Although I suspect the Yeezys are more functional tbh. 😅 Also, the traction is definitely gone after a week of street walking. Not sure where these fit in.
Looks way nicer and smoother than the previous one.Almost good enough for a formal event with black jeans.For step in comfort you could use the move or spenco insoles.

they used to wear Jordan 1s and new balance 550s on the basketball court so I’m sure these can be worn to play basketball
If I were in your home I would wait to everyone open their gifts and then I would open all my gifts at one time.

Definitely a better look than their first iteration with Adidas at least. Interesting how the Nike one seems like it was more playable (at least from what I recall,) but also felt they were pretty clear on it being Basketball inspired, although they also marketed it more as a Basketball shoe haha.

The 1st model was definitely more of a designer basketball inspired sneaker, I own the all white pair and I don’t think I could hoop in those just too stiff. I’d love to get my hands on the D-Rose pair for the 2nd model.
