More second chance points after Nuggets fight Jokic for rebounds. How can we get them to box out opponents and not fight team mates. People say effort is low, but I think it looks like they are trying too hard without focus. Russ is great, though.

10 years is a long time. A lot of coaches get tuned out by players after being with a team for too long. Sometimes change has to be made for changes sake
The lack of desire night to night from this team jumps through the TV screen. It wasn't even there in the season opener, at home, against OKC. Mind boggling!
2points from AG, and another low scoring night from foken MPJ. Malone decisions not to start Russ should, seriously, be questioned, since 5-1 speaks for itself.
Simple. Insist that the 3rd quarter be won or lose your job.
