  1. Great game last night! Got to watch on tv, whoop! Agree with you , Rich, that Wemby is the difference maker. He is so impactful that he neutralizes a lot of little issues with the Spurs (e.g. being out of position defensively, making sloppy passes, slow decision-making). I'm hopeful that the Good Guys continue to improve and not just depend on Wemby to fix everything with his presence. IMHO, if they do, then yeah, maybe 42-45 wins. If they don't get much better (aside from Wemby) they will probably only get 35-40 wins. Still, they are exceeding my expectations so far and I'm thrilled for the W against a good team.

  2. How cowardly were the refs last night, calling a "jump ball" and "double techs" at the end? Also did you see Wemby glitch the broadcast when dunked off the backboard? 👽 also wemby is starting to implement Tim Duncan's "rip through" move to draw fouls just like TD would do on the block

  3. Made the Jumbotron, got a picture with the guy that interviewed Devin Vassell at the end of the game, wemby scored 42, spurs won in overtime, man what an exhilarating night at the game

  4. I agree with CP3. They have to have win now.

Doesn’t mean championship calibre team, but definitely play off is not out of the question

  5. Remember, we have 2 of the top 5 biggest season record improvements in nba history and history usually repeats itself.Go Spurs Go.

  6. disagree.
I'd definitely LOVE it… But it's just to soon.
But I really want Spurs to win vs Knicks on Xmas for 2 reasons:
    – The disrespectful knicks fans saying "overrated" last season
    – Stephen A. the biggest Wemby hater on ESPN (and Knicks fan), who disrespected so many time Wemby and the Spurs

  7. We should start Castle and have Vassel off the bench as a massive spark plug. Castle playing much better when he’s starting. Our Past starters being our bench players will be massive. Tre Vassel Keldon Champ and Bassey??

  8. Playoffs or not it’s a win for the Spurs & Wemby either way. Either they kinda over achieve and have their first taste of high intensity games, or they fall short given how deep the West is and the Spurs will have a shot at the lottery . No matter the outcome I’m here for the ride! As you should. GSG 🎉

  9. Now this is just my opinion I think Castle should start over Barnes that’s just me though. But he’s gonna ball regardless 🤷🏽‍♂️

  10. I’m not too concerned. Tim Duncan didn’t win a chip till his 3rd season . So I’m the next year or so we’ll be championship contenders

  11. i still think this is a developmental year. in a loaded West, making the play-in would be good and seeing what happens from there. a lot of games against the east, we've only played 3 so far. I'm still hoping for growth which produces long term "Contenders". Coming off the bench isn't a bad thing, I think Manu proved that! We need energy guys who also produce to relieve the starters. Sochan and Bassey do a lot of the dirty work, keeping plays alive, offensive boards, and a little swagger. Keldon off the bench is all positive energy. It's a nice problem to have. Overall, and I guess this will come with more time, we need more consistent production from certain guys. There's definitely better trust and awareness which leads to better passing. I was in the 35–40-win area, that's 13 to 18 games better. But I could see 40 being the floor. Great couple of years watching the team grow each game! GSG!!!
