  1. There's definitely alot of candidates out there that would be upgrades/serviceable:

    updated cheap list V1:

    rules:

    1. player must be from a team with a losing record.

    2. player's contract must be less than 4M.

    3. receiving team must still need picks (this rules out the spurs).

    4. must be a wing/big guard, minimum 6'6", who shoots 35+% from 3 and averages 2+ rpg.
