One and done players. High school and 22 college games is the extent of their training. The NBA doesn't teach fundmentals, they teach philosophies and theories. They don't have time to show a guy how to play basketball. In the past that was done by 4 years of college. Then you got to the NBA and learnd their offensive and defensive philosophies.
