Schroeder is not the missing piece; it is a legitimate big man in the middle. The have to stop playing small men in the middle. Get a real riml protector who can also play some offense. Ken Atkinson left the Warriors to coach the Cavaliers, took their concept, and have two real big men in the middle- they are the team the Warriors wish they could be.
Trade Kerr and his son Podz . Give Kuminga a chance with another Coach and see how it's gonna work. And for God sake bring a big who can shoot 3s and will be okay. 😅

Pop coached while taking into consideration all the strengths his players.
Pop went from the post touch twin tower offense of robinson and duncan, to a PnR DHO offense with tony and manu, to a motion offense pace and space system with bobo and timmy as the hub in 2014.
You adapt based on the players you have.
