  1. Pacers should have hired Chris Quinn, Darvin Hamm, or Nate McMillan as their Defensive Coordinator/assistant coach.

  2. I'd like to see the Pacers trade for Santi Aldama and Jaylen Wells. Maybe Tauren Prince, if Bucks would. Finney-Smith if only for 2nds. Shoot go get Claxton and Cameron Johnson too. Turner keeps lacking, toss in Jarace too if he doesn't start playing like a real Forward.. Too many soft guys on this team.. Turner has been playing much better as of late though. Them boy's just need to find a way to get them boards. Pascal needs to boxout like crazy so Mathurin and Obi can continue to corral the boards. Once Nesmith gets back we will be better at getting rebounds too. Because he can help box out or go get em too. Still, we need a big wing… and still another backup C.. if Turner, Pascal, Obi or Bryant goes down we're screwed again. Why I suggested the young Ibou Badji.

  3. Add some of these special G-League talents before they get snatched up. Javonte Smart is a more physical Heild, can shoot and play D. Kevin Cross 6'8 defensive menace. Ibou Badji C as our next backup big. 7'1 240, 7'8 ws 9'10 sr., can run, handle, rebounding like crazy and can avg 3.6 blocks per game… walking double double. Get him in and put him in our G-League. Same with Smart on two ways.. Darius Bazley too. Dude can ball, he's improved in all facets of his game. 6'9 moving creating PF/SF whos become a much better defender. He said when he was young. As soon as he'd get minutes. He'd try to showcase everything he had to prove himself to ppl instead od letting the game come to him. He said all I needed was a coach to tell me to calm down, say what they wanted from me and give me direction/guidance. Where i should focus, that I don't have to try to do too much. Let the game come to me. But when you're young, you want to show everything you have in those limited minutes. Sometimes trying too much and going too hard. Makes you end up playing a bad game, like you're forcing it ya know. . He's matured a lot and hope he gets another chance. He has the Offensive skill that fits us, can handle, drive, defend and rebound at backup PF, or quick and thin enough to be our backup SF.
