If the Lakers play with Effort every game we could be a 5th+ seed in the West. Idk if we could win the whole thing but we could make the Playoffs with this roster if our effort and defense is consistent.

Lineups w AD, AR, DK, Max and w/o James are +12.3. Im a huge proponent after reducing Brons mins to around 30 or a lil less. This allows for more rest/relief. He appears to give much higher quality mins when rested. He is pivotal to winning, however, at this point, too high a usage and his effectiveness wanes. Insert DK to give Bron some rest, just to reduce a few minutes, NOT to take him out starting. You still have the size of Rui, but you add a sniper that still attracts gravity, and has a bit more speed, while switching things up a bit so defenses cannot just settle. If premeditated and planned, rather than merely reacting to the game, this may aid in bring up offense while keeping the defense strong (a worn out Bron isn't good on D anyways). Insert Reddish for Rui, and that lineup is a +52,9

The Lakers will be fine. I guess most people forgot that AD & LBJ both played in the Olympics which helped AD but it looks like LBJ(39 year old) needed that rest he recently got.

That means that they still have a top 6-10 offense and then as long as they keep playing with the energy ,effort and Scheme on defense & they get Vando back they can get in that 10-15 range on the defensive end. If they can get healthy Vando and hit on a couple good trades with a starting/closing caliber 2way athletic,highmotor wing,along with another athletic, 3&D guard or wing that can play the POA. And a cheap backup 5.. if they can hit on at least 2 of those trades &get Vando back healthy & have a defense in the 8-14 range and when DK & Dlo start hitting their 3s at that 40% range& we get back to clicking on off that'll get the offense black up into that top 5-12 range.That's a contender🔥🔥
If Max can be a lockdown poa guy, all the lakers needed to do is grab a shot blocking center next to Ad and you got a formidable starting 5

It isn't weird. The focus changed and everybody is thinking defensive aspects of the game even when they have possession. Natural their offense should suffer.
This show is unwatchable with all the pop up and baked in ads + entire segments dedicated to pushing gambling apps. I used to be able to ignore it but it just keeps getting worse & worse
What do you guys think about taking a chance on gary trent gr I think it could be great low risk high reward james and AD could get him back on track
