Kel’el Ware got to thrill the home crowd with big dunks. Nikola Jović lit it up from downtown for the Heat. Dru Smith went down with a brutal looking injury.

Hope the next step is exploring Bam and Kelel minutes together, every other team has a "big" lineup they can play except the Heat it seems

Clearly, this game does not feel like a win by any measure. Obviously, the Nets are not a good measuring stick for anything. Propz for Kel'el, et al., but the story of this game is Dru Smith, indeed. It's almost as if the Basketball Gods demand their blood sacrifice from Dru .. for whatever reason.

EDIT: Pray for this hard-working young man, as a presumptive Achilles' tear is neither the best or the worst of diagnoses on this one.
