  4. Best job in the ๐ŸŒŽ. Guaranteed pay and no fear of being fired. Nothing worse than an owner who doesnโ€™t care.

  6. No consistency. Players play a good half, second half they disappear. Others don't come for whole games and then wake up. There is no stability.
