  1. Ngl dude, DeRozen was a bad move. I think Monte/Vivek got carried away by signing a big name. Instead of getting someone that solves an issue or that fits, they went with a big name. On top of that, they’re not even using him properly to benefit the team. He should be on the 2nd unit. He slows down the game waaaaay too much. You can see this at every game but specially against the lakers. They knew he slows down the game and so they didn’t guard him as hard cuz he’s bad at transition play and lakers being terrible at defense, that says a lot about the kings situation. Monte has been making bad Monte’s more often than not. I don’t think he’s going to make the right move at all

  2. Kings are bleeding and the sharks are circling. This franchise continues to be incompetent and embarrasing. Not being a Kings fan i feel sorry for you guys because your such loyal fans and deserve so much better.

  3. I’ve lost confidence in Fox, he’s watching too much. Instead of watching too see what the Kings are going to do, maybe he should start doing something himself.

  4. The Kings are currently one of the worst teams in the league. Keegan Murray can't shoot. Make a move and make it now!! Get a legitimate power 4!

  5. Pluck away from vulnerable Pelicans, not a Poor east. Bolster the bench or a backup like Nurkic for Sabonis.

  6. I appreciate the exercise, but 2 firsts and Huerter & Keon for Cam Johnson is a terrible idea for the Kings.

  7. I’ve lost faith in Monte, unless he starts making the right moves, I don’t even think he knows how this team is constructed and what it needs. Just look at his acquisitions.

  8. Only player we should trade is derozan! Get him out of here! Never wanted this trade since the beginning. I knew this would happen! He don’t fit and the chemistry won’t change till he’s gone! He’s a ball stopper, not a good defensive player or a good 3pt shooter.

  9. Just start selling fam cause even if you make the trade you don’t get substantially better and now your assets would be even more depleted

  10. 👎
Yes, we need good players, but this trade won’t help, kings gave up. Overpaying for Cam Johnson is bad idea. Trade Demar first.

  11. As a Nets fan, the Nets getting Devin Carter would be a Coup! Assuming his shoulder is okay, he is a better building block than anyone on Nets roster. Better than Cam Thomas, Clowney, Claxton, Jalen Wilson. I'd trade Cam Johnson for Keon Eliis, D.Carter & salary filler right now.

  12. Mark Jackson or van Gundy now…. Let see if it’s players or coach’s. I would bench foxy for 2 years if u want hardball…Browns rotations and line-ups are physopathic… Many factors have contributed to the mess that is the 2024-2025 season, from a GM who hibernates 90% of the season and who has yet to build a competent roster after the Tyrese Haliburton-Domantas Sabonis swap, to a few ill-timed injuries, to players who are simply performing well below their abilities. There’s a lot of bad and very little good happening anywhere across the organization, but no one has been quite as bad as Mike Brown this year. The most significant gap in Brown’s offensive philosophy has been his integration, or lack thereof, of DeMar DeRozan. Outside of the overall offensive and defensive strategies employed by the Kings, Mike Brown, another massive issue has been his inconsistent rotations and accountability. The best example is that of Keon Ellis, although plenty others can be found simply by checking basketball reference’s game logs. Yet another is Mc Buckets-McDermott was a beast off the bench. He scored 18 points on 6/7 shooting in just 8 minutes. He didn’t appear in the next game against the New Orleans Pelicans, and that DNP-CD was followed by a 16-point performance against Denver in which he sunk 6 of 9 shots and 4 of 7 of his three-point attempts. That impressive outing was again followed by a benching on Thursday night against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Yet, Kevin Huerter and Keegan Murray who has been awful for the majority of the season, continue to find regular minutes in Mike Brown’s rotation. Some players can do no wrong and some players can do no right. It’s true that Monte McNair has not set Mike Brown up for success, but Mike Brown also hasn’t set Mike Brown up for success.
    He’s been downright terrible.

  13. You said the Kings believe Cam Johnson? Who are the Kings? The owner? The GM? The coach? I have no confidence in everything the Kings do.

  14. 2 firsts + keon is too mich to give up when you could very well start a rebuild next year. Keon should stay if we are rebuilding, and losing two firsts for a guy that won’t guarantee a turnaround is too much.

  15. 2 firsts + keon is too mich to give up when you could very well start a rebuild next year. Keon should stay if we are rebuilding, and losing two firsts for a guy that won’t guarantee a turnaround is too much.

  16. Can is basically another Harrison Barnes. Would a Harrison Barnes help this team? Yeah probably but it’s not saving this season.

  17. The only trade deal they need to be making has to involve Fox. They will not win a championship with a Cam Johnson addition. Put Heurter and Fox in a deal together and reset, not rebuild. The only player that can give you something valuable in return is Fox.

  18. I think Keon's recent DNP-CDs indicate that he's not exceptionally high on Mike Brown's priority list. If you're NOT going to fire Mike Brown, i think including Keon in a deal should be "considered". Plus, you simply HAVE to move either of Ellis or Carter because there isn't room for both of them at that overcrowed guard position. If you keep them both, you're wasting them.

  19. This team is done. They are done. Just the front office really think that going out and selling fire sailing everybody to get one player is kinda turn this team around no way this team has lost it. There is something wrong internally. OK so the kings trade some of their assets. We don’t even have any bench players to get us any points and we’re already talking about trading where are we gonna get points from?

  20. This roster was so mismanaged. Now they are in a hole now they want a fire sale everybody to try to get out of the hole. The owners need to recognize this and fire sale the staff.

  21. 28:43 exactly my thoughts exactly. Is this guy a king fan. No for reals self we are not going to achieve our aspirations by getting rid of all of our players for one player first round draft picks were talking about getting rid of way.

  22. Cam Johnson is a solid nba starter, borderline great shooter whose numbers are a bit inflated playing for a rebuilding team. Carter is Keon Ellis on defense with way more potential than him on offense. Trading 2 firsts and Carter is insane. One first and Keon or the Nets can take 2 bad picks from the Thunder
