O, you're full of crap. Making excuses for eric Spoelstra, when he has say so over how this roster is constructed. Give me a break Bro. This roster says Eric Spoelstra all over it. And you never talk about his poor game management. If this was another organization, he would've been fired by now. And he's not the best coach in the NBA. He's a decent coach, who is with an organization that is loyal to a fault. Get off the soapbox for that man. And hold his garbage decision-making accountable.
