Victor Wembanyama is an alien. Less than 100 games into his career, 20 year old Wemby is already a top 10 player in the league. He is the best defender, yes even better than Rudy, an elite efficient 25 point per game scorer, and one of the best playmakers as a big. San Antonio is in contention for the playoffs, and Wemby is on the NBA’s MVP ladder, but Wemby’s rapid development is somehow going under the radar, so let me explain how Wembanyama is already better think you think.

Very nice video but what you dont talk about it's also the fact that he is doing all of these stats while not playing lot of minutes , he plays more than last year but these crazy numbers are done in 30-34 mins

Wemby is just crazy . I’ve never ever seen a 7 footer move like him even some of the smaller guards but curry is crazy
I think I would add Giannis to that list at the end of players who could claim at one point to be the best player in the league on both sides of the ball.
What’s impressive also is that he’s doing this within the flow of an offence. The other greats really dominated the ball. Wemby is able to get others involved by proxy. Which is invaluable.
His overseas training gave him a step ahead of other rookies in the past because he knows how to play proper basketball basically off the rip
he is a generation ahead of the game that will be played by this type of player and this is undoubtedly the profile of the basketball players who are coming
He will retire with a 5×5 career avg and we will need new metrics and phrases to describe his performance
Don’t forget during his rookie season he wasn’t even playing 30min/game and he still put up historic numbers. We’re witnessing the goat himself
