Being fired is a matter of face. So Brown got humiliated. (edit:) Quite unfortunate & unexpected but someone's head had to roll and upper management made him the sacrifice IMO… But from what I've read, financially coaches that get fired have a clause in their contract that allows them to get paid anyway so even if they get lesser paying jobs as assistants they're still earning from their previous team…
Mike didn't lose a job, he just got lucky to get out of a trash organization like that.
