The only way Miami can get De'aron Fox if they trade possibility Both Jimmy and Terry and possible picks. But other then those two who else do we have to give up?
We cannot compete with Houston or San Antonio when it comes to assets. The only way that we get him is if we trade Butler to a team with multiple draft assets from 2 to 3 first rounds plus 1 to 2 young players. If we trade JJJ, Jovic, Rozier plus up to 3 first round picks for De'Aaron Fox, then we stand a better chance to get him and pair him up with Herro and Bam.

Fox can become a free agent after next season and the Heat actually have the ability to create enough cap space to sign him. Knowing that, of Fox and his agent (Rich Paul) tell Sac he doesn't wanted to resign there, and they want to go to Miami, them Sac would be forced to make a deal with Miami to get something back in return.

Miami gets: Fox & Kyle Jordan Mclaughlin
Sac gets: Terry Rozier, Ware, Kevin Love, Jamie, 2028 & 2031 1st Round picks
Remember, trades for star players have to sting a little, either you go heavy on picks and pick swaps or heavy on young players, combined with less picks.
This is why Jamie and Ware must be included. You can't get Fox for peanuts
