French fellow here. No tech needed for this move, for sure. A simple foul was enough, even in the context of prior fouls. What strikes me the most in the NBA is the unlimited number of offensive fouls with no whistle. And yes, Yabusele's dunk on Lebron during the Olympic Games final was an offensive foul.
